Quality guarantee

The oil is produced in accordance with DSTU 4492:2005 standard from the whole seeds. The quality seeds of sweet sorts only are calibrated and sifted for at least 2 times in the production process to eliminate debris and dust able to affect the purity and taste of the future oil. After hulling, whole cold seeds are fed into the extruder, which pushes no more than 37% of the sunflower oil for 15 seconds. The oil is bottled and hermetically corked. Distribution goes through self-brand retail network and Ukrainian trade networks.

 

The new plant has a production capacity of 80 tons of sunflower seeds per day. The production process itself is completely waste-free. Sunflower seeds processing provides three products: sunflower oil, full-fat sunflower meal used in poultry feed, and fuel briquettes from sunflower husks.

 

Early in December, 2011 TM YASENSVIT presented to those Ukrainian consumers, who take care about their health and food quality, a new natural product in consumer packaging - the unrefined sunflower oil under the title "Live".

 

A unique sunflower oil "Live" is made by cold-pressing, which guarantees the excellent taste qualities as well as complete preservation of the biologically active components. This productive method preserves 1.5-2 times more vitamins. The product is considered useful for it contains phospholipids, fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K). 100 g of oil contain 12 times more vitamin E, known as an excellent natural antioxidant, than olive oil. "Live" sunflower oil guarantees absence of heartburn, it doesn’t foam orsplatter in the pan. The cold-pressed oil does not contain carcinogens! That is why the shelf life of the "Live" oil does not exceed 4 months.

 

"Live" sunflower oil is perfect:

- for salads;

- as a basis for cold and hot sauces;

- for baking;

- for foodfrying;

- for canning;
