Generali OFE holding 10.02% of the shares of Ovostar Union N.V.

The Management Board of Ovostar Union N.V. informs that as the result of the transaction settled on December 19, 2011, the share in capital and votes on the General Meeting of Ovostar Union N.V. of Generali OFE increased to 10.02% (601 341 shares) (previously: 9.79%)
